The therapist application form is filled out by the solution partner therapist.

If the information entered by the therapist in the application form is deemed suitable for the needs of the Therapist Institute, the solution partnership agreement sample, PED (Psychotherapist ethics protocol) and the appointment setting screen for jury presentation are forwarded to the therapist.

In the jury presentation, the therapist prepares a presentation in a presentation format designed on behalf of a client for whom he/she has been conducting psychotherapeutic work for at least 3 months. And the therapist makes his presentation to the Therapist Institute jury members on the zoom platform in a 45-minute session.

Location preference. The therapist is expected to decide whether to see the client at Therapist Institute branches or at his own location. Therapist Institute requests a room rent of 400 TL per session for clients seen at Therapist Institute branches.

Study topics. The therapist informs the Therapist Institute about the types of problems he wants to work with.

The therapist contacts the production agency that Therapist Institute has a contract with for an Institute-accredited therapist photo shoot and a 3-minute preliminary promotional video. Click for a preview video example. The therapist's shootings are carried out in the format determined by the Therapist Institute, on a date deemed appropriate by the Therapist and the agency. Therapist Institute works with Zümrüt photography as a photography studio and Helin agency as a video agency.

The therapist is responsible for ensuring that the client comes to the branch and is taken into the session. Therapist Institute pays 1000 TL to the therapist for the first session on the first Monday of each week. For subsequent sessions, Therapist Institute requests a solution partnership service fee of 500 TL from the therapist for each session. The Therapist Institute does not have a request for sessions that the client does not attend, and the Therapist Institute requests a service fee of 500 TL per session from the therapist, no matter how many sessions the client attends during the time the client attends. The therapist sends the relevant service fee to the Therapist Institute accounts on the Monday following the week for the sessions performed with the clients referred to him by the Therapist Institute during that week.

The accreditation certificate presented to the therapist is valid for 1 year. After 1 year, if the therapist attends the jury monitoring presentation meeting and makes a current case presentation and is deemed satisfactory by the jury, the solution partnership relationship is extended for +1 more year.

If the therapist is stuck at the jury stage, he/she can attend the next jury presentation at the earliest after 6 months. In the meantime, if the therapist wishes, he/she can attend the Therapist Institute theoretical training (10 days, 60 hours) or group supervision meetings with the supervisor of his/her choice (1 day a week, 2 hours) for a fee.

The therapist can terminate the solution partnership protocol at any time, free of charge.

The Therapist Institute examines the applications for competent therapists and conducts an evaluation process consisting of different stages with the candidate therapists, and then, if everything is as expected by both parties, a solution partnership working process is initiated. The steps of the process are:

The application form is evaluated by the Therapist Institute administrators in terms of the application minimum criteria and the therapist is contacted within 7 days.

The prospective therapist reviews the contract sample and the PED. If everything seems suitable for him, he makes a jury appointment.

If the therapist, who is evaluated for competency skills at the end of the presentation, receives an average score of 60 from the jury members, the therapist is expected to sign the solution partnership working protocol and PED. In addition, the therapist is expected to inform the Therapist Institute on the following 4 issues:​

Wage determination. The diagnosis session (first session) fee for clients who will be referred to a therapist by the Therapist Institute is fixed at 1500 TL. Afterwards, the therapist decides for himself what kind of fee he wants to continue with his client and shares this with the client during the diagnosis session. The therapist also informs the Therapist Institute at the protocol stage about what kind of salary he wants to work for.

The therapist determines the days and hours he wants to see the client. It processes the calendar it determines into the digital calendar opened by the Therapist Institute for the therapist.

After the shooting is completed, an accreditation certificate is sent to the therapist and the therapist is announced as an accredited therapist on the Therapist Institute website. Therapist Institute recommends the relevant solution partner therapist to the clients who receive appointment requests that are suitable for the therapist's location, requested budget and work areas. If the client confirms the appointment and pays for the first session, the appointment time is recorded in the therapist's digital calendar. Digital location information of the client's location and contact information of the therapist are shared.

The density of clients to be directed to the therapist during the solution partnership process varies depending on the frequency of the therapist. Priority referral is made to the therapist with high frequency. Frequency: The average number of sessions in which clients referred to the therapist continue therapy. Frequency values are automatically recorded on the digital screen of the Therapist Institute, and the therapist can instantly follow his own frequency value through the link shared with him.

If the therapist wishes, he/she can attend the Therapist Institute theoretical training (10 days, 60 hours) or group supervision meetings with the supervisor of his/her choice at any time during the solution partnership process, 1 day a week, 2 hours, with a 30% discount.

Therapist Institute requests 500 TL from the therapist only for the fee per session of the client they refer. Apart from this, the therapist must pay a total of 3000 TL to the agency and the photography studio for agency photo and video shootings. Other training and supervision services depend on the therapist's request.
