He completed his specialization at Istanbul University Forensic Medicine Institute. During this period, he observed patients at Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital and Çapa Medical Faculty.

After his academic education, he deepened his expertise with various trainings. The most important of these is Assoc. Dr. Psychotherapy Institute Integrative Psychotherapy Training, which lasted 2 years with Tahir Özakkaş, Prof. Psychoanalytic Approach Seminars with Vamık Volkan, Prof. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Training with Hakan Türkçapar, Dr. Marriage Therapy and Sexual Therapy Training with Cem Keçe are psychoanalysis seminars at Psike Istanbul Association.

For couple therapies, she received Imago Couple Therapy Technique training from Wendy Patterson at the Imago Relationship Institute in America and received the title of licensed Imago Couple Therapist from the International Imago Relationship Institute. He brought the Imago Therapy technique to Turkey and is the founding president of the Imago Institute, Dr. He organized training for psychotherapists for a while under the umbrella of the Marriage Institute, which he founded with Harville Hendrix and Helen Lakelly Hunt. Then, he received supervision from Imago Supervisor therapist Louis McLeod for 6 years.
